Salisbury Fire Department Superior Customer Service Awards Each month the Salisbury Fire Department recognizes individuals or teams who have provided Superior Customer Service. All SFD members support our Core Value " To maintain high customer satisfaction with superior customer service." SFD personnel strive to go beyond the expected service level to meet the customer needs, when this happens we like to recognize them with a monthly award. There are many superior service events reported to our SFD Superior Customer Service Awards Team. They select the event that that best fits our core value or exceeds a customer's or customers' expectations.
